Someone suggested you should call IBM Support - if this is a new machine, you have support - it is the best in the industry, in my experience. The person you talk to will take the time you need to get your problem solved.

Make that definite.

I ran into a LAN Console issue on our new 520. I'm loath to call support (I'd much rather email this List, and if I'm desperate enough, I'll do so WHILE I'm poring over manuals trying to solve it myself). But it was a new box, so we actually had support on it, and within a very short time, there was a courteous, patient, very professional EXPERT talking me through the fix.
