I'm on the road about a week per month. The rest of the time I work from
home, and considering I'm not far from San Antonio, that means my dress code
is t-shirt, shorts, and flip-flops.

Plenty of coffee and being able to work in my underwear (if I want to), 
that's my "perfect" work environment.  Although, like Shannon, it  means 
long hours (when you want).
