Doesn't look good.  They're calling in the CE.  I told them no disrespect 
for the CE but what is he going to be able to do that you and I can't work 
out over the phone?  I got the reply that he will probably replace a 
system card in the drive.  Don't know if that's supposed to be an 
alternative way to load library firmware.  If so, I hope the part in Fort 
Wayne (or wherever) is current on firmware.

BOFH is giving me grief with the "if it wasn't broke, why'd you try fixing 
it?"  How quickly she forgets that one system hasn't had a good backup all 
week.
