Rhishabh, is your customer's system partitioned?
And do you know how many processors are activated?

I like to use the Performance Capabilities Reference found at 
http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/i/advantages/perfmgmt/resource.html to 
look up CPW ratings (see Appendix C) and find lots of other useful 
information.  This reference has just been updated for POWER7.

However we would still need to know how many CPUs are active in the 
customer's LPAR, if partitioned.

I'm happiest when customers take advantage of the free IBM service
"PM for Power Systems" (see: 
http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/power/support/perfmgmt/activation.html to 
activate it.)  This collects and summarizes performance data from your 
iSeries by LPAR.  It will tell you how many CPUs are allocated to the 
LPAR and how many CPW are available and are being consumed.  I can't 
remember which reports are free and which are fee but 
http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/power/support/perfmgmt/index.html will 
show you sample reports.
