I don't have any experience with X-Analysis ... but, IMO, no tool is going to do anywhere near as good a job as the one you've got between your ears.

Tools such as Hawkeye, Abstract/Probe, X-Analysis, etc, might help you FIND stuff you are looking for ... but you've got to understand where you are starting from first.
