I just did an upgrade on a system, & we converted a IBM/Ricoh 4747 pin feed 
from twinax to the optional ethernet. It was an older model, but it works 
well.
They won't give up on having multi-part forms the customer signs once for a 
3 copy form.
I did have to have a support call w/IBM on the config - this works well:

Also, if you go with the larger IBM/Ricoh 6500 line printer (which was at 
same site (no more twinax!!!), the *IBM6500 not work if printer in 
Proprinter mode-factory default) this works:
