On an iSeries there is, of course, the box timestamp and in my case it is UTC offset -8 for PST here in California.

When my users sign on to the system (and their user profile knows where they are) in Japan is there a standard way to give the user a timestamp experience for where they are and still have the iSeries post everything according to "box" time?
