I usually use the on-line service call at https://www-930.ibm.com/support/esc/signin.jsp. Can't say it's nay faster (or slower), but the 800 service still makes you wait for a callback.

(Strange stuff w/lan console..)
and get an "all circuits are busy" msg...
Anyone getting thru?
(it could be local telecom traffic in NC?)
