Moonlight is as close as it gets.

So believe all of their marketing FUD if you want, but I'll probably faint
the moment I can use Silverlight natively in Linux. Also, Silverlight
does not support older CPU's. I'm sure that I need to upgrade my one
machine at home, but I only needed it to play netflix video. But since I
didn't have the right instruction sets on the chip when they went from
Silverlight 1 to 2 I got hosed there.
Microsoft only plays well with other OS's and open source when it is
REALLY beneficial to them, don't look to them for anything that is 'for
the sake of technology'.

No, Silverlight only works on Browsers that use the Netscape plugin
system, IE and a few Mac & Linux browsers.
