I used timeshare400 before, but I cannot for whatever reason get
him to respond to emails.....and some emails are bouncing.....

That's disappointing. It seems that hosting organizations need multiple ways to communicate with customers. Email, skype, telephone, forums, on-line chat. It seems that customers would need more than rental of space.
