My company Databorough sold its SCM tool X-Control to IBM a year or so ago
so it's part of RTCi from IBM now. I would naturally therefore recommend
that first.

Of the third party vendors most of which we integrate with at customer sites
and so have a range of feedback from, I would suggest the following list in
descending functionality/value for money:

Aldon

www.Remainsoftware.com

www.MKS.com

arcad

turnover

The top three are all pretty much of a much-ness quality wise but each has
its own unique features or strengths.
