Yes, when IBM was phasing out the S/36 a former boss wanted us to look at
alternatives (like Wang). I argued we had over $250,000 tied up in twinax
equipment and that would be foolish. We now no longer have any twinax
equipment other than a cable wedged under a floor support stanchion that I
keep forgetting to bring my hydraulic jack in to assist with its removal.
