I manage multiple machines with one hmc. A 9117-MMA, 8203-E4A and a
9408-M25 with a total of 12 lpars.
We have a second hmc for backup. Almost never use it.
Rarely physically touch the HMC's. Normally access them remotely. Even
when in the same room.
