Using the wizard in the Http Console you'll be prompted to grant authority
to QWSERVICE to use the profile you declare in the wizard. Supposed to be
something like that:

*User deployed service:* *Name*: MUEX83ESV *Description*: Ricevitore
principale per Vendite *Service install path *:
/www/wservice4/lwi/webservices/services/MUEX83ESV *User ID for service*:
SVEMASTER *Library*: SVEOBJ *Program*: MUEX83ESV.PGM *Library list for
service*: SVEOBJ,QGPL,QTEMP,SVEDAT,ACGGAA *Web service definition URL*:
http://192.168.1.30:10054/web/services/MUEX83ESV?wsdl
and the profiles auth:

Ogg. . . . . . . . . : SVEMASTER
Libreria . . . . . : QSYS
Tipo oggetto . . . . : *USRPRF

Aut. -----
Utente Gruppo ogg. Opr
*PUBLIC *EXCLUDE
QSECOFR *ALL X
QWSERVICE *USE X

SVEMASTER is a regular profile we use to manage and acces the application.

Not seeing much activity on the WEB400 list on this so I thought I'd
try here. I'm trying to find somebody who has deployed web services
using the new built-in server and the wizards that IBM supply to build
and deploy the components to make your RPG code a service.

In particular the wizard keeps warning to NOT use a profile with
password *NONE - but mine wouldn't work when I specified an Id that
had a password as there was no way to specify it to the resulting web
service. When queried about mine not working the IBM developer's
advice was to use one with *NONE! For me that doesn't seem to work.

IBM elsewhere on the web say that to cure a similar problem with
portal, that you should use a password with the same value as the user
Id - I tried this and it does work for my web services but the
password police will hunt me down and ...

Has anyone had experience with these tools and can comment on these
contradictory and rather odd scenarios.
