Were they use DTACPR(*MEDIUM) or *HIGH when running the SAVLIB commands?
For data libraries, the resulting save file should be less than a quarter
the size of the library itself. With a modern CPU, using *MEDIUM will
usually also do the save faster since there are fewer disk writes.
