If you want to do any SSL from an iSeries Client or to an iSeries
Server, DCM must be installed. At V5R4 it is:
5722SS1 34 Digital Certificate Manager
It is part of the standard set of products meaning it comes with the OS,
but you have to choose to install it.

Since the poster mentioned he already did sFTP I believe he already has
DCM setup and configured.
