You need to check your Force conversion on restore system value (not at a
machine, so I don't remember its name).  Just run STROBJCVN and that will
convert the library (or libraries, depending on the parm you use).

Don't worry about running it two three or four times, if in doubt run it
again, it won't anything.

Once you restore libraries on a new machine what command needs to be ran to
convert the objects if any, is this a system value controlled during restore
