Anyone encountered this error when trying to download PTF's directly to your system?

Error initializing applet : org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file. : org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file. : org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file. : org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file. : org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file. : org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file.

It shows up almost immediately after the applet starts to initialize.

Any thoughts?
