  FWiW: User created libraries should not begin with the letter Q. 
 Among potential issues that might arise, such a library would not 
be included-in\saved-by a SAVLIB *ALLUSR request.

  FWiW, I would combine those two requests into just one.  I may be 
about the only one in the world that would do so while including the 
comments inline:

      /* Chg STRPRTWTR CMD defaults ...  */
      CHGCMDDFT  CMD(QSYS/STRPRTWTR) NEWDFT('                 +
         /* do not prompt to change forms when forms change */+
                   formtype(*all *nomsg)                      +
         /* do not prompt to align after forms change       */+
                   align(*file)             ')

  Others might choose to, instead of making the comments inline to 
the request, do something like:

      /* Chg STRPRTWTR CMD defaults ...  */
         /* FORMTYPE: no prompt on forms change          */
         /* ALIGN: no prompt on align after forms change */
      CHGCMDDFT  CMD(QSYS/STRPRTWTR) NEWDFT(' +
                   formtype(*all *nomsg)      +
                   align(*file)             ')
