I set it according to the job priority. QBatch priority 5 - 9 is one

a time. Priority 1 is unlimited, 2-4 are declining numbers.

... so this means that, unless you give your users nonstandard priority
limits, Joe will not be able to submit jobs to run concurrently with Mary's,
right?
