The use of Rexx shouldn't matter at all. Even without knowing the Rexx  
syntax you should be able to see embedded CL commands to create the  
module/program objects so just extract them into a CL program--or  
don't bother about it being Rexx and just run the Rexx program  
(STRREXPRC or 16 from PDM) to create the program.
