How about a modern reporting solution, that's easy to work with?

I've heard about SEQUEL alot on this list, tried the product, but it
was unsuitable for our needs.

We're using WebFocus from Information Builders. If you have a beefy i,
you can run it on that directly. If not, you can run it on Windows or
Linux, still accessing your IBM i. It's completely web based, an all
the reports and data are stored on the server.
