We have a consultant in house right now helping us install Tivoli Identity
Manager to do much of that.
Cool thing when done: When a user forgets their password they enter their
user id in a website and answer a series of challenge questions and can
reset their own password.

Con: I'm not a SSL cert manager by any means. The consultant is a little
weak on the i. Tivoli keeps all their i based support people in India and
it takes 24 hours to get any question answered and, of course, the first
day or three is wasted with the inane responses.
