I also just tested a download director order for JAVA12 for V6R1 knowing 
it should be nearly 2GB and got one disk at 1.8GB. Same thing for FTP 
download. So there must be something somewhere in your preferences 
dictating that. However scouring the site I see nothing and my 'inside 
contact' at Fix Central has moved on. Bummer.
