but you should also read the 6.1 MTU even if you are skipping 6.1

An example situation might be something in the 6.1 MTU like " we dropped
java version x.x, You should change your applications to use x.y after
loading on x.y." And IBM might leave that out of the 7.1 MTU figuring you
already did that when you upgraded to 6.1.
