Day of the week and number matches June, not April.  I'd say if you're 
counting on ordering some fixes, do it in advance.

I've submitted web site feed back.  I'm expecting the insulting reply "We 
see you submitted feedback.  We would like to test your endurance and see 
if you would like to tell us the same thing again before we work on it." 
At which point I actually copy the original message out of his reply, 
paste it back at the top, and send it back.

Let's just say the person who replies to web feedback puts the 
"International" in IBM.
