I haven't played with it yet ... but I attended a session at COMMON on it and it looks pretty darn cool.

It basically lets you take a snapshot of your configuration when your system is running correctly, and then run a comparison when something goes wrong, so you can figure out what configuration changes might have occurred.

There are hooks that ISV's can use to provide specific advice on how their product product libraries are supposed to look (object ownership, etc).
