54 have keep alive turned on and one does not?

I have 55 Mochasoft telnet user PCs spread around 4 plants. There is
only ONE user (hard wired at the plant with the System i) whose
sessions will disconnect after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity.

What could possibly be different for this 1 of 55 users/PCs?
