As a side note, upgrading to Windows 7 Professional from Home Premium
does not require a reinstall - just use the Anytime Upgrade
functionality. After paying, all you need is a reboot to get onto
professional.

That said, there's no technical reason why IBM i Access won't work on
lower versions.
