No clue about the "SEND" feature, but when not using a CMS to implement what is described, very often a /better/ option is to avoid "copy" features by effecting instead, a "save\restore" of the objects and\or data; e.g. something like:

crtsavf liba
savobj *all liba *savf (*file /* or *all, or etc. */)
savf(liba) dtacpr(/* as desired */) updhst(*no)
rstobj *all liba *savf (*file)
rstlib(libb) option(*all) mbropt(*all)
savf(liba) alwobjdif(*filelvl) /* refresh all *FILE */

savf(liba) alwobjdif(*filelvl) /* new members only */

On releases where supported, consider including the option to save private authorities with the objects, to carry those to any *NEW objects that are restored. I believe the QDFTJRN *DTAARA "feature" may also enable better options\results for restore, on newer releases.
