Fixing:

Could easily be fixed by adding new fields in YYMMDD format (or proper
date types) to the end of the format. New code could use the "correct"
fields. Old code will continue to use the "wrong" fields. Outfiles are
created with LVLCHK(*NO) so this process will work seamlessly.
However, DCRs will need to be submitted else Rochester won't know you
want it fixed.

I doubt that DCR will be submitted. The only person in this thread who
demanded that this should be changed - at the expense of he doesn't care who
- said in his next message that he doesn't use it anyway. Go figure. :)
