Correct Rob. Command is not accessible from a windows command prompt, only from a UniData (vt100 session actually) command prompt. I have to initiate telet; logon to the vt100 session, then get the UniData command prompt, then issue the command

The unidata command may not be a dos command. IOW you may not find it in
any directory. It might only be available by communicating to their
service via telnet.
