Index-only access means the fields you are listing are all found in an 
index. But we can't say much more without seeing the statement and maybe 
the DDS or DDL for the table and indexes you have. At least show us the 
statement. If you have expressions in where clauses, maybe things won't 
do what you expect. things like that.
