When you do a SNDMSG to the QSYSOPR message queue, the message shows up
with a severity level of 80. However, when you do a RCVMSG on the message
queue, the message arrives with the severity level set to zero. What's up
with that? Is there another severity field in the system that I'm not
seeing?
