By default port 89 was used for Zend Core (not server) - server uses port 10088.

If someone has changed the default setup they have probably changed something else as well.

But a good start might be to try using port 10088 in your URL instead of 89.

Your apache config for Zend Server should be in /www/zendsvr/conf/ httpd.conf if that file includes the line

Listen *:10088

Then for sure that is the port you should use.
