Our systems are 1500 miles or so, CA to IL. We have a 10Mbps connection
between the sites and the HA will take all available bandwidth. Each
machine is using a dedicated NIC for the HA traffic but I want to limit
it to 4Mbps across the WAN connection. Our firewalls are performing
traffic Policing which drops packets. They cannot do the shaping. I am
trying to enable traffic shaping on these dedicated NICs so I do not hit
the Policing on the FW and drop packets which is playing havoc with the
HA communications.
