2. Records can be manually inserted; however receive the message:

error.

Cause . . . . . : Either a trigger program, external procedure, or
external

3. The CL program has 1 command:

SNDMSG MSG('HERE') TOUSR(BILLY)

This is my first attempt at using triggers. Please help!!
