Yes, InfoCenter is changed. Mostly for the better (for a long time, it was a big step down from BookManager (which I still use) and hardcopy manuals (which I also still use; it's actually kind of rare when I don't have at least one open hardcopy manual open on either one of my desks or a swing desk). For the most part, it's no longer DisInfoCenter.

But there are still times (like trying to find out how PTFs work now, when the last one you installed came on a QIC!) when pulling understandable instructions out of it is like pulling elephant tusks (if one MUST engage in that sort of dentistry, one should do it in Alabama, where the Tuskaloosa).
