Yeah I wasn't to concerned about the v6r1m0 vs. v7r1m0...though it did
seem strange that v7r1m0 worked for the library objects but not the
IFS objects.

The other issue is a bigger concern.

As far as I know, you should use V6R1M0 - the conversion change is at
6.1, and 7.1 uses the same program structure.
