The last conference Al attended was Nashville, 2008. The handouts are no longer available for that conference. Also, I don't believe Al ever posted that handout, it was huge, and he was rightfully quite proud of the work in it. Al was very afraid others would plagiarize the session content, so he only have out hard copies. He actually used a font (one he had developed just for him) that was very difficult to scan or copy as well.
