Trying to find as how time got Changed
Did a power 6 Upgrade

The FSP was set at EST but after the Upgrade and IPL being done all the
Lpars were 1 hr ahead of EST time.

Is UTC being pulled from FSP or how is Time set on Lpars
The message ID was CPD1689 with reason code2
