I assume that this means there are two session .ws files.
On the one that gets the message, open the session, then:
1. Menu > Communication > Configure...
2. Click Properties button to the right of the host name.
3. Check the selection for "User ID Signon information"
I won't advise you as to which selection is right for your environment, but I suppose you could look at the other session that work as you want, to see how the connection properties are set.

Subject: CWBSY1040 WINDOWS LOGON CREDENTIALS UNAVAILABLE
Hi,
One of the user gets error message 'CWBSY1040 WINDOWS LOGON CREDENTIALS ARE UNAVAILABLE' when he tries to connect to one of the AS400 partition.
However he is able to connect to another AS400 Partition successfully.
Can anyone suggest what the error can be?I have researched the net and manuals but most of the soloution point to applying PTFs whwre as this is problem connecting to one pf the partitions only and not to all the partitions. Also only one specific user is experiencing this problem.
Kindly advice.
Thanks
Darell
