After hearing about Simon Coulter's death, I sent a message to his mailbox hoping someone was monitoring it.  With David's permission the message and reply from Gwen Hanna are below.

Hello Jerry,



This is being sent by Gwen Hanna, Simon Coulter's partner. Today is

the first opportunity that I have had to turn on Simon's computer to

go through his email.



Thank you for your kind thoughts.



Simon requested a private cremation, which took place last Monday. We

will be having a gathering of his friends to celebrate Simon's life,

and share our happy memories, in a few weeks time. As part of that I

will create a book of thoughts and memories in which people can write

something about Simon. I will include your e-mail, or if there is
