  I agree with Pete here. If you don't restore the stuff from your 
previous system then that stuff won't be in QGPL and QUSRSYS and won't 
get 'uplifted' to the new release with option 11. Sequence is important 
too.  Clear, Restore, Install. Then do your PTFs.
