Years ago, I wrote an "emerge" of the Linux version for Gentoo. Unfortunately, I haven't used Gentoo for years, but I think it's posted online.

A friend of mine worked for some time and even got some help form the
Wine forums and developers but was unable to get Navigator to run. I
believe he got much of it going but not all of it and not reliably.
