Scott's SMTP stuff makes this possible, since he has a procedure compatible
with QTMM*.

We've got a customer now who wants our product to continue to be able
to
send server-side emails (which go through QtmmSendMail), yet also wants
to get rid of the QTSMTPxxxx jobs.

The last time I checked, my understanding was that this wasn't possible.
Is that still the case?
