I had couple of questions on authority to end jobs:

1. Is there a way to set up user profile so that the user can end only
his/her jobs, or jobs belonging to particular Groups?

2. Is there a way to submit a job, so that it can be ended only by the
submitter or by users belonging to particular Groups?
