Robert, you just need to use a display field edit code that uses the "-"
symbol for negative values.

When entering a negative number, we use the - key on the numeric keypad
part of the keyboard. When doing so, the
number and/or sign will change to a letter, or the {, or some other
character. Is there some setting in client access,
iSeries access, System I Access, etc. to prevent this?
