With our iSeries Office Integrator software it looks like the following:

RJSOFFICE/OFCRUNPC CMD('http://www.google.com') OPTION(*WEBSITE)

You can request a 30-day demo from our web site. 

You can probably also use STRPCCMD to do what you want if you have Client Access/400.
