You can try RUNRMTCMD instead of STRPCCMD - the former requires that you install the incoming remote command option of i Access.

Or you can get our Office Integrator, which involves installing a server component on each PC you want to connect to - of course, i Access is an install on all PCs, too! Richard already mentioned this.
